Webb’s 110% Price Match Plus Policy
We want you to shop our website with the peace of mind that you are getting the
best price possible. That's why we do everything in our power to make sure that our prices are
the lowest that you will find. If you've seen a lower advertised price, let us know, and we'll
gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. As an added bonus, if you see a lower advertised
price within 10 days after your purchase we'll issue a refund equaling 110%
of the difference. When calculating a price match, items that we have shipped to you
'freight free' cannot be compared to companies charging a separate freight or shipping charge.
Special order items are excluded from our price match policy. If the competitor is advertising
a lower price but then adding a handling fee during checkout we will will apply our price match
policy as equitably as possible.
Our policy applies to advertised prices of in stock items
that are exactly the same and excludes perishable items and items that
are less than 25.00 each. In order to take advantage of our Price Match
Plus Policy, you must email our office either before the sale or within
ten (10) days of your purchase. Supply us with the advertised information,
we will confirm the price and make the proper price adjustment.
Advertised price - Any printed or electronically
broadcast price that is verifiable and made available to the general
public. Promotions do not qualify, this includes, but is not limited
to, rebates and free-with-purchase offers .
Store - Refers to a licensed brick and mortar store
or E-Commerce store located in the Continental USA, as long as the lower price is advertised.
We do not price match auction sites.
Same item - Exactly the same model
(not an outdated model), in the same new condition, in a box with
applicable manufacturer's warranty available.
In stock - Available for sale that
day, either picked up at their store or shipped that day.

All users of our site are free to explore most of

Webb’s. In the following instances you will need to provide personally

will be asked to provide certain information, such as name, address,
e-mail and, where appropriate, credit card information in order to
make a purchase. All information collected is encrypted using SSL

- Contacting us via email - We collect
your e-mail address when you contact us by e-mail so that we may respond
to your e-mail. We may use this address to occasionally send information
regarding sales that we think may be of interest to you. If you decide
to be removed from this list simply send an email to our Newsletter
Department with the word 'remove' in the subject line. You will
quickly be removed from our email list.
As with most web sites, we monitor how users travel
through our site so that we can develop a better understanding of the

For orders that are ‘drop shipped’ for example, we may release

who will be shipping the item directly to you. This information will
be kept private by the 'drop shipping' company.

If any aspect of the shipping address needs to be changed after the order leaves our warehouse, UPS charges a minimum $10 fee plus all additional shipping charges. FedEx Freight and YRC, which are freight carriers, charge a minimum $50 fee plus all additional freight charges. These fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.**
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Maryland.
We warehouse over 95% of the items that we offer, which is a key to
our quick order turn-around. Some orders are drop shipped directly
from our manufacturer's in various states within the continental US.

Offer excludes all liners, underlayment, pond salt over 8lbs and aquatic soils.
Aquatic plants are calculated separately (as they must be shipped via a Second Day delivery method) and ship for free at 89.95.
This offer is only valid in the 48 contiguous states.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: All orders requesting
expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3 Day), must be received
by 1:00pm Eastern time for us to ship out the day of order. Orders
requesting expedited shipping received after 1:00pm will be processed
the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be
processed on the next business day.
FREE SHIPPING applies to continental US delivery addresses
only and is via ground by the carrier of our choice. Free shipping is defined as included
shipping.

for a freight quote. Please include your zip code and let us know
if the delivery will be to a commercial or residential address. You
will receive a response quickly.
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are only shipped via Second Day Air. If the item is listed as
'Free Shipping' and your delivery address is in Hawaii or Alaska please call customer service
to place your order. Items listed as 'Free Shipping' do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska
for free. At this time we are unable to ship to FPO, APO, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin
Islands, etc.
We ship via Federal Express and UPS, neither of
these carriers will deliver to a PO Box. We therefore need a physical
'ship to' address to process your order.

Return Policy
- You may exchange or return
product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 10 days of receiving the item. (See additional terms below)
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in new, unused,
untested condition. Items tested in any manner are not returnable.
- If you are returning an item in which Webb's paid the shipping/handling
charge (items marked "free shipping") you will be responsible for the outbound shipping
charge that we, as the shipper, incurred to have your order delivered. This amount will be deducted
from your credit and is in addition to the 15% restocking fee.
- The following items are not returnable; special orders, pond liner, liner
underlay, tubing, books, aquatic plants, liquids, fish food & plant food.
- Every return requires a return authorization number (RA) from Webb's.

Service. All Returns require this authorization number. Please note
that an RA# does not guarantee a refund. All returns are subject to
inspection by Webb's.
- All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original
factory condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, warranty
cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape
or write anything on the item or the package! We reserve the
right to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on
or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any
such returns.
- Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of
packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer
Service clearly on the outside of the shipping box.
- Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused.
- Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid via
UPS or Fedex Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept
COD or freight-collect shipments as well as shipments via US Postal
Service.
- Webb's is not responsible for shipping cost(s)
incurred on any products(s), no matter the reason for the return.
Cancellation Policy
- All orders that are charged to your account but canceled before
the order is shipped are subject to a 5% Processing Fee. This
is the approximate fee that we pay the bank to process the purchase
and refund the purchase to your credit card.

Ordering Policies
All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve
the right to limit quantities and to cancel any order. We are not responsible
for illustrational & typographical errors.
Any orders placed online that are later cancelled by customers, will
be subject to a 5% processing fee. Orders that are cancelled after shipment
will be subject to our return policy outlined above.

Warranty
Each non-perishable product comes complete with a warranty from the
manufacturer. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement
of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. All warranties
are held by the manufacturer's and not by Webb's. If you have any questions
regarding warranties, please either call (410-879-3900) or email Customer
Service. If during the warranty period your product requires service,
please contact the manufacturer as per the warranty instructions. For
your convenience most manufacturer's customer service telephone numbers
are listed below. If you have misplaced your sales receipt, simply email
customer service and we will fax a copy of your receipt to the manufacturer
on your behalf.
