A natural, beneficial, environmentally safe bacteria that is non-pathogenic, non-toxic and non-caustic. Microbe-lift PL creates a healthy environment in your pond and promotes faster fish growth. Specially Formulated For Rapid Ammonia & Nitrite Reduction

Microbe-Lift Nite Out II is designed specifically for pond waters that contain marine life. Its highly-specialized microbial consortium of nitrifying cultures are specially formulated to eliminate ammonia via a natural biological process termed nitrification. The cultures contained in Microbe-Lift Nite Out II will establish, promote or stabilize and maintain nitrification in pond waters, eliminating the toxic effect of ammonia.

Microbe-Lift Nite Out II liquid nitrifying bacteria contains select strains of Nitrosomonas, Nitrospira and Nitrobacter. Nitrosomonas convert ammonia to nitrite and Nitrobacter and Nitrospira convert nitrite to nitrate.

Microbe-Lift Nite Out II comprises select microorganisms that are autotrophic-able to use carbon dioxide as the sole source of carbon-and are relatively slow growing, requiring specific conditions for optimum growth with typical cell division rates from 8 to 16 hours. Their performance and rate of growth are impacted by the environmental parameters required for nitrification.

They are also highly oxygen-sensitive, requiring high dissolved oxygen levels (greater than

Microbe-Lift Pond Salt Crystals will temporarily block the toxic effects of nitrite , and by initiating the production of a thicker slime coat on the fish's body surface, helps to promote a stronger immune system and reduce stress.

Caution - Do not overdose. When adding salt to ponds that contain aquatic plants, be especially careful in monitoring salt concentration as salt can be a toxic effect on certain plants. Before adding salt to your pond, remove any zeolite products being used.

Microbe-Lift Therapeutic Salt For Quarantine Tanks reduces the amount of energy a fish must expend to maintain osmotic balance. In fresh water fish, this energy can be substantial. If your fish is suffering as a result of a nitrite spike (a.k.a. Brown Blood Disease), Microbe-Lift Therapeutic Salt acts to slow the rate of nitrite uptake - possibly the difference between survival and death. With electrolytes, minerals and Allantoin, which accelerates wound and fin healing, Microbe-Lift Therapeutic Salt For Quarantine Tanks provides the necessary elements pond fish require to reduce stress and develop a healthy slime coat.

Caution - Be especially careful when adding any salt to tanks that contain aquatic plants as salt can have a toxic effect. Before adding salt to your tank, remove any zeolite products. Fish tend to emit excessive amounts of ammonia when salted, so be sure to test your water for ammonia spikes with Microbe-Lift Ammonia Test Strips. Do not overdose.

Directions - Combine Microbe-Lift Therapeutic Salt For Quarantine Tanks and pond water in a bucket and then spread the slurry around the perimeter of your tank. Salt-resistant parasites require up to 21-days exposure at 75°F. For stress reduction, use as needed. When changing water, use a salt test kit and add salt to return to 0.3% (1/2 cup per 10 gal. level). Salt will not evaporate from tank and must be removed through water changes.

As A Topical Statement: Mix salt with tank water until a thick paste consistency. Use a basting brush to apply directly to excessive slime areas, reddened spots or potential problem areas on head, back or underbelly. Be careful not to get salt into eyes or gills.

For Salt Dip: Mix 5 cups of salt into 10 gals. of water. Add fish, one at a time. Watch until fish gasps and begins to turn over. Then scoop fish out with a sock net and immediately place fish into fresh clean water. Estimated duration: 3-5 minutes. Fish should be monitored continuously while in the salt dip and removed immediately at the first sign of stress.

    MICROBE-LIFT/PRAZIQUANTEL is gentle treatment recognized as the treatment of choice for disease of koi and goldfish and other ornamental pond fishes caused by trematodes (flukes) and cestodes (tapeworms). MICROBE-LIFT/PRAZIQUANTEL IS harmless to all species of fishes including fry, and it is non toxic to plants and harmless to biological filtration.

    Directions for Use
    For treatment of praziquantel-susceptible disease conditions in ornamental pond fishes.
    As a bath: Start the bath treatment with as large a partial water change as possible in the pond to be treated, or start with a new water that has been conditioned with MICROBE-LIFT/XTreme. Do not stop filtration but remove activated carton and stop foam-fractionation (“protein skimming”). Add enough MICROBE-LIFT/Praziquantel  to produce a dosage of 2.5 mg/L (9,4625 mg/gal; 946.25 mg/100 gal); vigorously shake the dosage with at least 1 quart of water for 3-5 minutes to produce a slurry. Pour the slurry intot a 5 gallon bucket of water and mix well. Then distribute the mixture around the edge of the pond or pour into the pond filter or skimmer to achieve maximum distribution in the water. A single treatment of 7 days is usually sufficient. Do not use any other drugs or treatments.
    In feed:  To each 100 grams (3.5 oz.) of dry feed (flake, granular or pellet) thoroughly mix in 400 mg of MICROBE-LIFT/Praziquantel. Moisten the dry mixture with 25 to 50 mL of grain alcohol (190⁰ ethanol) for each 100 grams of dry feed; gently blend the moistened mixture to incorporate the
    Praziquantel into the feed. CAUTION: grain alcohol is flammable! Allow the mixture to air dry (do not heat), break up any clumps, package and store in a cool, dry place. Feed the medicated feed daily for 5 to 7 days.

    For accuracy and reproducibility carefully weight dosages. However, one tablespoon is approximately 2.9 grams (=2,907.6 mg) and will treat 300 gallons (=1,1135 L).

    MICROBE-LIFT/BSDT is the preeminent broad spectrum malachite green and formalin treatment.  It is formulated differently than any other malachite green and formalin mix.
    Malachite green and formalin are two drugs that are more effective and less toxic in combination than when used individually. This is the definition of synergism. What makes MICROBE-LIFT/BSDT the preeminent product in this field is the fact that it is formulated with malachite green chloride, instead of the more toxic oxalate salt. As with any malachite green and formalin treatment, do NOT use with other medications.
    MICROBE-LIFT/BSDT is the safest and most effective treatment for the control of diseases caused by Ichthyophithirius (Ich), Costia, Trichodina, Chilodonella, Oodinium and fungal infections.
    MICROBE-LIFT/BSDT is the ONLY malachite green and formalin treatment that can be used in water temperatures as low as 50 degrees (F), thus allowing treatment in early Spring and late Fall.
    Directions for Use
    Add 3.5 fl.oz. (1,000 mL) of MICROBE-LIFT/BSDT for every 1,000 gallons of water to be treated. As with all disease treatments an initial partial water change of at least 25% water change. The treatment may be repeated every 8 to 12 hours depending upon the response of the fishes to the treatment. Do NOT bypass your bio-filters, allowing a more comprehensive treatment of the entire pond system.

    MICROBE-LIFT/BSDT is less toxic to koi and goldfish than any other malachite green and formalin product on the market.

    Activated Coal-Based Carbon Provides Optimal Pore Structure for Fast Absorption of Contaminants

    MICROBE-LIFT®/ACTIVATED CARBON maximizes the removal of contaminants, helping to keep water clean and clear. MICROBE-LIFT®/ACTIVATED CARBON is a coal-based carbon for se in decorative ponds and water gardens. Fast-acting and highly-activated, it can be used in all types filters to aggressively eliminate: odors, discoloration caused by tannis from decayed leaves (tea colored water), organic debris pollutants, pesticides, detergents and toxins, as well as medications, without releasing phosphates or causing unwanted growth. Activated carbon attracts pollutants which “stick” to it like a magnet. Carbon cannot be reactivated like zeolite. Activated carbon can remove some chlorine and chloramines from city tap water. The amount of removal is based on the amount of chlorine/chloramines in the water and the amount of carbon used.
    Directions
    Place desired amount of MICROBE-LIFT®/ACTIVATED CARBON into a media bag. Rinse in cold running water as carbon is characteristically dusty. Position the media bag for maximum water flow through the carbon. It is recommended that you test your water weekly. Use MICROBE-LIFT® TEST STRIPS.

    Dosage
    Small Ponds: Typically , 1lb. per 200 gal. (750L.) of pond water for 2-3 months.
    Medium Ponds: 2-3 lb. per 500 gal. (1875L.) of pond water for 2-3 months.
    Large Ponds: Approximately 5 lb. per every 1,000 gal. (3750L.) of pond water for 2-3 months depending on the load of debris or discoloration.

    Caution
    Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, flush eyes thoroughly with cold water.

    It stops algae growth in ponds and can be applied to areas that contain fish and plants!

    For use in self-contained ornamental ponds and fountains without any outflow. For small ponds wit heavy algae growth, clean the excess algae off the sides and ornaments before adding ALGAWAY 5.4 . This will reduce the amount of decaying organic matter.

    Fountains, Small Ponds with goldfish and koi - Treat only those fountains and ponds which will have no outflow after treatment. High water temperatures cause more rapid natural decay of dead algae which can cause fish distress. If animals are present clean out excess algae as stated above or use before temperature exceeds 75°F (24°C).

    CAUTIONS: In ponds, insure that water is well aerated via waterfall, fountain or other method to prevent fish loss. Aeration must be continuous. Not safe for use with snails, shrimp and other crustaceans or mollusks.

    Repeat dosage once per week for maintenance.

    Microbe-Lift OPC, Oxy Pond Cleaner will safely spot-treat all areas of light-to-heavy accumulations of debris on rocks, waterfalls, streams, planters, etc. Microbe-Lift Oxy Pond Cleaner is 100% safe when used as directed.

    DIRECTIONS - Microbe-Lift OPC, Oxy Pond Cleaner is not temperature sensitive but works best in warmer weather. To achieve the best results, manually clean out as much accumulated debris from the pond as possible and shut down waterfalls before cleaning. Do not dilute. To treat areas with debris build up, sprinkle over areas needing treatment. Make direct contact but avoid live plants where possible.

    To maintain a continued proper ecosystem in your pond, always add Microbe-Lift PL, or any bacterial/enzymatic treatment, 48 hours after using Microbe-Lift Oxy Pond Cleaner.

    CAUTION - Keep out of reach of children.

    DOSAGES - BEFORE USE: Use Microbe-Lift Ammonia Test Strips to test for the presence of ammonia in your pond water. If ammonia levels are above 0.8mg/L, DO NOT apply Microbe-Lift OPC, Oxy Pond Cleaner until the ammonia level is brought down below 0.8mg/L. If ammonia levels exceed 1.0mg/L, add Microbe-Lift Ammonia Remover..


    Large Ponds & Lakes - apply around perimeter of pond/lakes as much as needed.
    Pond Cleaning/ Non-Painted Surfaces - 6 cups (96oz.) per 1,000 sq. ft. of surface area to e cleaned.

    After Use - Ammonia levels should be monitored for two days following applications of ANY/ALL oxygen release compounds as they can kill beneficial bacteria in a pond/lake resulting in an ammonia or nitrite spike. Use Microbe-Lift Ammonia Test Strips to test for the presence of ammonia. If your ammonia levels exceed 1.0mg/L., add Microbe-Lift Ammonia Remover to reduce the ammonia level to 0.8mg/L or below.
