You can decide when you want to use your banked points, as they will never expire. You simply choose if you would like to apply your Points during checkout. Pond Points will be reflected on your account once your order has shipped.

Customers MUST create an account, or login to their current account to participate in the Pond Points Loyalty Program. Customers who choose to purchase through the Guest Checkout option, will not be eligible for this program.
